Late submission of company accounts – COVID-19

Companies House will allow an extension of the deadline for filing company accounts where a delay is caused by illness. A claim to extend must be made before the deadline.

Why am I not surprised to see such an admirable, thoughtful, organised mission from Jacobs Allen, to be there for everyone during this Coronavirus crisis?

I only thought yesterday that I would drop you a line and ask if we can keep going remotely as time at home brings helpful reflection and planning time often short-changed through busy lives.
