Our response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak
We recognise that with the constantly changing Covid 19 virus, this is an unprecedented time for everyone. A time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you. We will always do our best to look out for your interests and those of our staff. Our plan ensures the health and safety of our employees so we can continue to deliver our services to you.
We are writing to update you on our policies and precautionary measures we are planning to take around this coronavirus and to assure you that we will be able to continue working with you without interruption.
As I write, I am pleased to say that everyone at Jacobs Allen is fine. No one is symptomatic or is known to have been in contact with anyone who is. All of our team are able to work remotely from home if necessary with very little interruption to their day-to-day activities or our ability as a business to provide support to you.
We are very aware that this is a potentially frightening time for many. However, we thought it was important to reassure you and make you aware of our policies and the steps we have taken to ensure it remains business as usual here at Jacobs Allen and that we are able to carry out all services and processes during this period of uncertainty.
If you have an upcoming appointment, or are planning to visit any of our offices, please contact us prior to your appointment to confirm you and we are well. Question whether or not we could possibly hold the meeting over the phone? Similarly, if you would like us to collect records from your business or home we can arrange to do that. Or if you want to drop off something to us, we could buzz you in and you could leave your records in the secure hallway for us to pick up, thus avoiding person to person contact.
We will be in touch by email and/or telephone again in a couple of days.
